~1 hourWe begin where the Mewar dynasty wrote its grandest chapter, in a maze of royal courtyards, carved balconies and museums, with your Trail Captain bringing each chamber to life and Lake Pichola framed in perfect symmetry.
Stop 02Saheliyon Ki Bari
~1 hourThe Garden of the Maidens, where the fountains still run on centuries-old engineering. Lotus pools hold the marble pavilions. A deliberate pause rather than a photo stop.
Stop 03Scenic Drive through the Aravalli Hills
~1 hourThe heritage Willys stops being transport somewhere along here. Urban edges soften into hillsides, lakes appear and disappear behind the curves, and the drive itself becomes the destination.
Stop 04Sajjangarh and High Tea
~1.5 hoursThe Monsoon Palace crowns the highest peak with the whole of Udaipur spread out below. We stop here for high tea: warm drinks, fresh snacks and the kind of stillness you only get at this height.
